Order Processing

Some items are made or engraved by hand in small batches. Other items are produced through print-on-demand partners after your order is placed. Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive on different dates.

Typical processing time for print-on-demand items is about 2–7 business days before the carrier receives the package. Handmade or small-batch items may require additional processing time depending on the product.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available options may vary based on your delivery address, cart contents, and carrier service.

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Canada Orders

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by Canadian authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise required by law.

Brand Lore

The Titsy Mermaid uses coastal sailor-pub legend and Maine-inspired storytelling in its brand. References to Harpswell Neck Road, coastal lore, or similar themes are part of that brand story only — not a shipping origin or physical store location claim.
